Average shipping time is 10-25 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED.
I don't love my order, can I return it?
Only If the product is DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product as well as a photo of the package label.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving you product. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive, and return it before receiving a refund. NO refunds will be given if the customer ordered "unframed" but thought the product was "framed". All returned items must be in the original packaging.
Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
We try to deliver the tracking number to our customers the moment we receive them from our manufacturer. Since it has to register with the post office before "tracking" anything, it will sometimes show up as invalid for a day or two! If it still does not work by the third day, reach out and we will definitely take care of it!
